Subject: guix-package: Create ~/.guix-profile when it doesn't exist.

* guix-package.in (guix-package): Create the %USER-ENVIRONMENT-DIRECTORY
  symlink if it doesn't exist yet.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix-package): Document it.
